Events2Remember encourages Green!

We do not believe that sustainable events mean sacrificing the style and beauty of an event and therefore encourage everyone to approach, explore, and incorporate the different elements of green events whenever possible.

By implementing the following initiatives, Events2remember is working to reduce its carbon footprint:

• Use digital technology whenever possible: electronic faxes and electronic invoices
• Use zip drives to store data and information rather than printing on paper
• Shred and recycle all waste
• Recycle cardboard
• Use  recycled  paper products
• Recycle toner cartridges
• Use energy saving light bulbs
• Turn lights off whenever you leave the room
• Switch off  electronic equipments and appliances  when not in use
• No plastic water bottles: using water filtration system

We recommend and encourage our clients to:

• Use recycled eco-friendly programs, itineraries, and badges whenever possible
• Reduce and reuse décor and serve ware as much as possible: use of biodegradable and/or compostable serve wares
• Encourage using locally grown produce and have guests pre-select their food choice to avoid wastage
•  Recycling and composting of waste
• Selecting venues that are close in proximity to where guests are staying
•  Select a venue that is LEED certified
